Central Otago Dry Hopped Apple Cider

Brewed for Tuki Festival 2018, our B.Cider has four varieties of apples, Braeburn, Granny Smith, Pink Rose, Orange Cox all sourced from Roxburgh to make a sessionable dry cider. We've then dry hopped it with Perle & Centennial Hops which combines with the fruity apple notes and aromas to add floral, and spicy citrus characteristics. The perfect drop to enjoy the day & music with.

Apples:  Braeburn, Granny Smith, Pink Rose, Orange Cox

Hops:  Perle & Centennial

ABV:  4.5%

Yeast:  Lalvin 71B & 1272 Ale Yeast.
