Central Otago Dry Hopped Apple Cider

B.Cider is a very dry traditional cider with four varieties of apples, Braeburn, Granny Smith, Pink Rose, Orange Cox all sourced from Central Otago. That's where the tradition stops, we've then dry hopped it with Perle & Centennial Hops and fermented it with our wine and ale yeast blend, which combines with the fruity apple notes and aromas to add floral, and spicy citrus characteristics.

Cider Breakdown:

Apples:  Braeburn, Granny Smith, Pink Rose, Orange Cox

Hops:  Perle & Centennial

ABV:  4.5%

Yeast:  Lalvin 71B & 1272 Ale Yeast.
