Our Pale Ale the Pool Fire

NZ Pale Ale, 5.0%

A pool fire is a dichotomy that can't exist, but we don't believe in the word can't.  Therefore we've created a Pale Ale with an upfront toasty profile, then balanced with NZ Southern Cross & Cascade hops so it finishes dry and refreshing at the same time.  A beer for sitting by the pool, or to help fight fires.

IBU's:  45

ABV:  5.0%

Yeast:  Safale S-05
