Our Black IPA the C-Bomb

Smooth malt flavours, followed by a wave of hops. With a hint of burnt & roast flavours from the dark malts these become overtaken by a Chinook hop bomb, making for a tasty dark beer.

 

Inspiration

'We just dropped a C Bomb of Chinook Hops' is a common saying in New Zealand.  in common usage 'C' is a noun which is replaced by the indefinite pronoun 'Bomb'.  Dependent on its reception, that bomb may become a powerful adjective.

Hops:  Chinook, Southern Cross

IBU's:  50

ABV:  6.3%

Yeast:  Safale S-05
